It seems like a lifetime ago that I posted about anything remotely beauty related so I'm back with my 3 morning must have products that I honestly can't leave the house without using. Being in such a fast paced job means the less time something takes to apply the better, which is why these three are my total saviors.

The Tangle Teezer
I don't know what I did before buying one of these. Since having more blonde balyage in my hair I've found it tangles really easily but you can say goodbye to the knots with this little bad boy. I've also seen this one for blow drying hair with a long handle but I don't know how to justify spending £18 on a hair brush...

Sure Ultra Dry Deodorant
A weird thing to talk about I know - but this stuff really works. I can run around at work like a loony all day and you can smell the deodorant working. Plus it's one of the rare under arm products that I genuinely like the smell of!

Garnier Micellar Water
I mentioned this Micellar water when I first started blogging here (cringe) and I bet you've all read tonnes of reviews of it but it is absolutely amazing at removing every last scrap of make up I have on. Even MAC Ruby Woo doesn't stand a chance of hanging around once I've soaked my face in this magical water.

Are there any products can't you leave the house without using? Head over to my Bloglovin page to stay updated with all my posts!

Now I'm not usually a black coffee drinker as I've always found it wayyy too bitter, but it became clear that I was just drinking bad coffee! This was after I attended the Hope & Glory event last week and sampled some of their amazing products - plus they're a local brand with a lovely team!

We were shown all kinds of interesting brewing methods and how different types of brewing can really affect how your coffee tastes, and as a gal who works some crazy hours I need good coffee! I'm yet to open any of the sachets that I was gifted on the night but when I get moved into my new place it will be my first and well earned cup of coffee in my new apartment. Let me know if you've tried Hope & Glory before and make sure you give them a shout on Twitter, they're a really cool bunch of people who know exactly what they're doing.

So in the space of a year, I have moved out of my family home and into a house with a friend, and I am soon to make the move again into a flat on my own. And I can tell you now, it's true what they say (..whoever "they" are), that moving house is mega stressful. You never realise how much stuff you have until you're made to pack it all up and shift onto the next location. It's safe to say I'll be doing some serious charity shop donating/eBay selling over the next month or so until I get settled so keep your eyes peeled.

I have a few posts scheduled for the next few weeks but sorry if I'm a bit MIA on social media or on my blog. My plan is to be to have an entire room in my new place to dedicate to blogging/working from home.

In the mean time head over to my Instagram to see what I get up to during the move :)

I''m sure I've mentioned multiple times before that I'm completely obsessed with Instagram and that I can spend hours scrolling through beautiful images and finding new bloggers and brands to follow just makes me so excited. Sooo here are my favourite Instagram gals that you should definitely go and check out! Don't forget to follow me on Instagram too - I'm so close to 600 followers! Craaazy!

Aswell as being totally and unashamedly obsessed with her blog, Steph has the most clean and inspirational Instagram feed, from amazing outfits to D.I.Y projects she is absolutely nailing it. I highly suggest you go follow her for gorgeous pictures.

Asos Megan:

Well, well, well if it isnt the queen of Asos. Megan's laid back but 70's style is completely on point at the minute. Every single season she is always rocking the latest trends and not only does she have an amazing wardrobe but it absolutely stunning too!

Tash Oakley:

Ever wondered who has the most perfect face and body on the planet? Go check out Tash's feed - I say no more.

Emma Griffy:

There's clearly some sort of white/minimalist theme going on here but just to add to the list I absolutely adore Emma's feed. She's an awesome blogger and YouTuber and her Instagram goes perfectly with that. She seems like a super lovely gal and it's great to see a fellow Northerner doing so well!

So that's my roundup of my current favourite IG feeds, let me know if this is something you enjoyed and I'll try and make it a monthly thing.

So a couple of days ago - the lovely Jenny from Curious Alice Loves tagged me to do the Sisterhood of the World tag and I've not done a post like this in months so thought it would be a great idea - here goes!

1. What is your ultimate treat meal?
Not that it's really a treat meal but I loooove Shepherds Pie with gravy and a bag of chocolate raisins or Malteasers for dessert - mmmm.... *drools*
2. What are your three favourite items of clothing?
Do shoes count? If so its these beautys that are in the picture above, a pair of high waisted black trousers and an oversized blazer or boyfriend jacket.
3.  Share your best beauty tip.
My best beauty tip is also a money saver. Forget spending £30+ on fancy contour kits, just grab yourself a cheap brown/taupe eye shadow and blend, blend, blend!
4.  What is your guilty pleasure to watch on TV?
I rarely get chance to watch any TV anymore, however I am totally obsessed with Netflix. I signed up about three months ago and have watched so many different things it's mental! My most guilty pleasure was probably Ru Paul's Drag Race or I've just finished Vampire Diaries and I'm now not sure what to do with my life..
5.  What would your autobiography be titled?
"Forget about the plan"
6.  Are there any trends you’d love to try but daren’t?
Yes - culottes! I absolutely love the look of them but haven't even got the balls to try them on in a changing room let alone actually buy them.
7.  Finish this sentence “you should all read my blog if….”
You made it this far down the post.
8. Where do you see yourself one year from now?
Progressing with my work and my blog, meeting a tonne more of local bloggers and working with even more amazing brands. Also, having my own place to call home and being financially stable.
9.  Describe yourself in five words.
Hardworking, determined, loyal, impatient, caring
10. How do you fit blogging around your other life commitments?
It's no secret that I schedule a good 80% of my blog posts to go live when I'm at work, I take masses of blog pictures at once and always have my iPhone glued to my hand to stay on top of social media and e-mails incase I'm away from my laptop for more than 24 hours..... #bloggerprobs

So there were my answers, thanks again Jenny for tagging me! I tag:

Jayde - Always Alice
Faye - I wish I could wink
Natasha - This & That

And your questions are:

1. If you could only speak to one person for the rest of your life who would it be?
2. What is your biggest achievement of the year?
3. If your house was burning down what would be the first thing you saved?
4. Who are your top 5 bloggers?
5. Winter or summer and why....
6. Do you have a secret talent or party trick?
7. If you could go to any country in the world where would you go?
8. Blogs or YouTube?
9. Is a jaffa cake a cake or a biscuit?
10. How many times do you re-read posts before hitting publish?

What better way to spend your 21st birthday than surrounded by your family, your closest friends, and far too much Prosecco? I'm so gutted I didn't get an outfit picture and I look freakishly tall in the last picture but I went with this jumpsuit from Asos and borrowed the sleeveless blazer from a friend - originally from Primark. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the cake that a family friend made for me. She has been following my blog and incorporated my recent posts into cake form and it tasted incredible! I'm also selling a tonne of stuff over on my eBay page for super cheap so go check them out here.

Someone pleeeeease tell me I'm not alone on this! One thing that always seems to frustrate me is how hyped up certain products get from bloggers/YouTubers through sponsored content. In this case there has been a huge fuss made over the Maybelline foundation and it wasn't until the other day I saw a negative review that I decided I would stop ignoring it and explain that just because "top bloggers" post about something doesn't necessarily make it a good product.

Now don't get me wrong - this might be total personal experience but I see so many similar posts, like the Benefit Rollerlash mascara. Where Benefit must have sent out hundreds of products to bloggers to write about and it just gets tiring, so much so that I would just skip past any Benefit related posts for fear of having to read about the mascara again.

So I thought I would ask the question, are you easily persuaded by PR samples sent to bloggers or would you rather wait until the hype dies down to make your own decision?

If you're anything like me and rarely have time to eat breakfast then say hello to your new best friend. Packed full of oats and fruit it will leave you feeling stuffed until lunch. Thankfully, like I mentioned in my previous smoothie post there's no magical method behind these recipes you just grab your ingredients and chuck them all in the Active Blender.

You will need:

A generous handful of oats
A handful of raspberries
One ripe banana
Almond milk

As always, let me know if you try any of the smoothie recipes I post by tagging me on Instagram @charlrumsby

You've taken your make up off, cleansed your face but still feel like you're missing something.. I was in this situation for what seems like forever until I went to the Lush event (the one I've mentioned a thousand times) a few weeks back and was introduced to their Toner Water*. I ummed and ahhed about getting it as I wandered around the shop until one of the lovely ladies popped it in my basket and let me try it for free, winner!

I love how fresh it feels on my skin even if I have removed every last bit of make up and dirt, leaving it no real use. My skin feels plump and smells amazing each time I've used it, I simply just spray a couple of squirts onto 2 cotton pads and run them over my face paying attention to the little nooks and crannys around my nose and jawline.

What do you think to toner waters? Head over to Bloglovin' to stay up to date with all my posts!

I was feeling in the Easter mood this morning so I felt it was only right to post about a different kind of egg. The Golden Egg from Lush is to die for, it's a combination of a bath bomb and a melt so it fizzes quickly then takes about 15 minutes to completely melt down leaving your skin soft and moisturized and slightly glittery. The only down side is that its an absolute nightmare to clean your bath down afterwards - I posted a picture of my bath water on Instagram so you can see just how yellow the water (and the bath) will turn. If you can get over that then go grab yourself an entire basket of eggs and enjoy!

I sometimes wonder if I've been living under a rock when I miss the release of products like this. A moisturiser in a CAN, who knew Vaseline made things other than lip balm? Now after a bit of research it seems these have been out for quite a while now but as you can tell this is the first time I've picked it up. All I can say is that it is an absolute God send as I always apply too much moisturiser and spend the following 15 mins waiting like a slug for it to sink in. There where a couple of types but I got the Aloe Vera scented one which is super fresh and the smell doesn't linger for ages either. Definitely a 10/10 product! Have you tried any of the Vaseline Spray and Go products?
